After a month of checking, they called and refused a guarantee that the type of mechanical damage to the socket and the guarantee does not apply. According to them, I seemed to be poking around with a screwdriver. As a result, I did not receive a replacement for a new product, nor a refund. To be honest, I really liked the product, if not for the short service life and the disrespectful attitude of the sellers. And as for me, the title of employee of the month should somehow be justified.
