The ease of use to navigate folders with our information so we can find it easily later when searching through emails or other files is very helpful! I like that you can create tabs within your folder structure instead of having everything in one place which makes organization easier than traditional filing solutions such as those provided by Microsoft One Drive etc. Would be good if there was an extra tab to help organize photos - however this may just require some work from customer service team but would love to see options here too. If using Microsoft 365/OneDrive then all of my documents are accessible online at any time no matter where i am around the world. This helps me save significant amount of paper and also cuts down printing costs because i don't need to print out anything anymore.
