Installation is not as easy as shown in the video BUT after installation everything looks great. You can remove the kids when you start this or give them headphones because if you run into the same problem as me you can swear like a sailor. As far as I can tell, the outline didn't quite match my truck, so the holes didn't line up. The plastic is so hard that it's not easy to press/mold) which is what you want as long as you don't have to fix anything. The screws were long enough to "catch" the holes, so I took 3 "screws (similar thread size) and inserted them (at an angle). As I slowly tightened the screw, the part began to snap and set Adjusted the angle of the screw.I was then able to quickly swap out the original/designated screw.After all it looks good on a truck and has come in handy in winter snows and muddy springs.
