Everything about this service is great! It's so easy to setup, you don't have to worry if it will work or not because they always provide updates when problems arise with other websites and software that are used in the industry (ie: Google Analytics) which makes my life easier. I've never had any issues with them during my time using the website. The only downside is that sometimes some of our employees aren't familiar enough with computers/websites to effectively utilize all of the features we need for our business. We recommend everyone check out the trial version first before purchasing since there are many different types of pricing plans offered by eCourtdate, but none seem too expensive considering what we're getting back. My team at my job solves customer support issues from anywhere across the country through a webchat application called Discord. With eCourtdate, we now know that problems can be fixed immediately without having to send people over 3 hours away physically.
