Good product but size up if you’re between two sizes

I’m 5’11 and pushing at 300lbs. Fit a 3x/22 pants at times 20. So when I brought the waist trainer thinking a 2x was good because everyone said it ran big 😒. Being as this was my first waist trainer I had brought I went with a 2x instead of a 3x . Bad mistake but let me say that 2x snatched everything in But it was tight and uncomfortable. So I’m looking forward to buying the 3x and soon. 😁

i should have sized down.I received this belt 3 days ago and i am in love with it. i wear it under my clothing and when i exercise. This belt is the best i''ve used so far but i wish i had sized down as i don''t feel this firmness or tightness in my abdomen or waist area. my posture is good but my tummy still feels loose. i will soon feel like this size isn''t working for me and will have to purchase another.
