The ability to keep track of the candidates through the process. Also, the ability to set a date and time for the interviews and make sure the candidates are there at the time. Would be nice if there was an option to have the interview on a different day. But, overall I am happy with the product. I can see that it is easy to use and the customer service is also very helpful. I am able to see where the candidates are in the process and also have the ability to see if the candidates are showing up for the interview. It is also helpful to have the interviews scheduled at a certain time.
