I like the lamp and the design but it doesn't work. Connect, nothing. Very disappointed. It amazes me because the salt stone itself is perfect. The oil tank is perfect. It was packed incredibly well so how could it not work? I don't think a brand new salt rock diffuser shouldn't work. I wonder if this has ever been tested. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. I'll try to fix it but they didn't make it easy to access the lightbulb. A long Phillips screwdriver to go over the small center or through the bottom, but the bottom is glued on so I'm hoping to get the screwdriver to the bottom. They should have given instructions on how to change the lightbulb. Everything is in the manual except for that. If it doesn't work it's gone and I need to find out this week to be back by the end of December. So disappointed so waiting to receive and use it. Excellent quality salt stone. If anyone has figured out how to get the lightbulb in this design as easily as possible I'd really appreciate the details.
