Stopped working after a few uses

Was great at first, stronger than the yellow emoji I have. Stops working after 10 uses. This is not due to defective batteries. Tried the new Energizer and Duracells. Whatever engine is in it, it's dead. I wouldn't recommend it. Too bad because I really loved it for the crumbs, the keyboard, everything even on the carpet. The return window has expired. The other one I have (called Crumby) still works, although the suction power isn't as good. It was great while it lasted. Hope they can do better.
