Reduces blue light headaches
I bought these glasses because I work on the computer day and night. I needed something to help with computer screen glare. These glasses have a nice yellow tint and reduce the blue light exposure I'm exposed to. I also use them to go out. They filter the sun's rays excellently. I would recommend these glasses if you have a headache from blue light.
