The jack would not fully lower the first time it was used. It doesn't raise or lower when my bike gets stuck in the air.
Jack was easy to put together and initially worked great. Raised my 900 lb touring bike with little to no effort. When I tried to put it down again, it went about halfway and stopped. I can neither lower nor raise it. I now have a 900 lb bike that is on a jack about 3 inches off the ground. How can we fix this?
