This arrived well packaged and exactly as described. It seems durable and well built. I reviewed many chargers of this type before settling on this one and am very happy with my choice so far. Unlike many others, this one has a true wireless charger. You don't need to connect a separate cable to any of the USB ports to power the "wireless" option. I actually had to take the case off the phone, but not only does it have a thick case, it also has one of those metal IR rings to hold it, so I'm not really surprised by that. I took it out of the case once, although once I put the phone on it it charged without a problem. It fits perfectly on my desk, doesn't take up much space and is the perfect solution for all my charging needs.
