Good quality for the price
The skirt is fluffy and looks ready to wear right out of the bag. Steaming is not required. The only downside is that the tulle is only partially layered/full so it shows through at a certain point. So remember that you must wear a jumpsuit or matching stretchy shorts underneath. Although the full length is good, only half is visible. My daughter is 4ft, we have 6
