Grommet Dropped Out - Outdoor Recreation

The bushing in one of the holes failed about a week ago, ie less than a couple of weeks after receiving the belt. It's a great material and the skin is nice and I want it to work. But the whole reason I got the shim belt was to keep the hole from breaking.
