Another good product from Thermopro

This is a good product, typical of Thermopro. The only thing is that the manual doesn't seem to have any instructions on how to use the USB charger. I want to know if it comes fully charged when delivered, if there is a "low battery" indicator and how long it takes to charge. I have contacted Thermopro Customer Service with these questions and expect to hear from them shortly.
