Pros: very nice clock - I put it in a classic Miata and its design goes well with other dashboards; The sticker was easy to use and when I had to replace the battery the sticker left no residue. The clock is accurate enough and I certainly didn't notice any noise from them in the car. The extra battery is a big plus! Cons: The reviewers are right about the short battery life (less than a year) and the difficulty of replacement (I almost gave up but was eventually able to remove the back cover with a utility knife). Expect another battery to be hard to find - it's tiny, which probably explains the short lifespan rather than the usual size.
