The cover seemed to fit my 30.5 inch jeep spare wheel well. I pulled a very thin perimeter thread as tight as I could. I had to stow an extra foot and a half of rope on the underside of the lid. Went the first race with a cover. I set up a 75 highway cruise and arrived at my destination an hour later. NO COVER FOUND! You should have just stuck $22 out the window and let it fly away - it would have been quicker. It doesn't matter how good this cover looks if it doesn't stick.
