It does not work; Money down the drain

Bullshit. Loading seemed normal until the game just started working. Follow the instructions to uninstall the game and re-download with the DLC as promised, but now the consul says it has already been downloaded, although it has been deleted and cannot be downloaded again. It's handy to have a "no return" policy. Now my nine year old has lost $10 and I'm trying to explain why.
