Durable and non-stick pans!

Just got the bread out of the oven. Too hot to taste or slice! This order includes 1 [ONE] frying pan with lid. I have ordered two. This is exactly what I wanted, so I'm glad I got two. I love everything about these pans. The breads literally fall into your hands. As you can see from the crust, the heat is perfectly distributed throughout the pan. YES, you bake bread with the lids closed. There is nothing I would not like. they are heavy You are not liable. I don't wash non-stick items with soap and water; I dry them with a paper towel. I followed an awesome recipe I found on Pinterest; ALL sides and the lid are oiled before baking according to the recipe I used. As you can see, the batter didn't spread evenly between the two pans, but I'm very happy with how the bread turned out. . Just right for two people, one of which can be shared by another. According to history, Pullman bread was baked and stored on passenger trains. Frying pans (with lids) kept the bread fresh and in good condition.
