They really know their stuff! Every question we've had has been addressed with knowledge-based solutions that work best within our environment of tools/technology already out there to support Salesforce users (Sales Cloud). I highly recommend them as consultants because they are always willing do listen when you have questions or issues - which is important during this time where everyone's ideas can be different than what others may think would help solve problems but don't necessarily understand how it works internally at your organization yet!! Sometimes finding someone who understands exactly WHAT YOU NEED CAN BE A CHALLENGE AND THE BRIEFING IS NOT AS THOROUGH OR INTRIGUED TO PERSONS WHO MAY HAVE NEVER USES SALESAUCOM BEFORE. But if those challenges exist then make sure an internal user advocate from IT side assists so things DO WORK OUT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. !
