This dog chair was advertised as NEW by Revain and sold to me. It came in a reused plastic bag (there was some kind of label left on the bag) with a piece of tape just holding the center of the bag's hole together (unsealed). The product tags had already been cut off the chair and thrown into the bag along with the cut thread. The bagged dog was folded in half to "fit" in the shipping carton. I hope that the back of the chair will return to the truth. Item condition: A thread is stretched directly out of the pocket in one of the dog's ears and pieces of fur and seams are already falling out. The dog chair is cute overall, but whoever had the product before me probably didn't think so and returned it. ;) Disappointed, Revane.
