So it's not the most eco-friendly product, although I suppose it can be argued that you're saving water that would normally be wasted cleaning the bowl of the multicooker. However, they made cleaning up after using the slow cooker much easier, which is what I need. I was a bit worried about finding melted plastic in my food, but after dozens of uses (certainly not the same one!) this has never been an issue. The problem was the leak. Sometimes they don't flow at all. Sometimes they lick a little. And sometimes they leaked a lot. I'm not sure if they rip sometimes or what's going on, but I've definitely had leaks. I'm probably 50/50 on that score. When they spill, it's usually just a small amount, and cleaning up is still pretty darn easy, just rinse and wipe. I do it anyway, even if they don't seem to be licking.
