What is in the picture is all that comes ignore the description

As another reviewer said, no fasteners or locking nuts as stated in the description. This photo is all that comes. The bottom of the legs is made of durable nylon but non-slip. What looks like nuts on the top of the legs are welded/welded to the top of the foot so they can be used to adjust the foot, but it's not a lock. For what is in the picture they fit. Tomorrow I have to go to the hardware store to get some machine screws and locknuts for the installation.
