Review on Sustainable PlanToys Wooden Lacing Beads (5353) - Eco-friendly Rubberwood, Non-toxic Paints and Dyes by Jennifer Jackson

I've just received these and while the quality is great - smooth wood inside and out, paint that doesn't seem to chip - there are two shades of orange instead of orange and red. As one of the main reasons I get them bought was to talk to my little girl about flowers, it worries me. Persimmon and marigold are a bit bigger than my boy who is still working on red and orange - the basics please! It seems like a no-brainer and I'm surprised a fantastic company like Plan Toys thinks it makes sense. Also, the laces don't have plastic tips, making this toy more frustrating than fun for my novice beader who has no problem tying cards that have plastic-tipped laces. I thought before spending the extra $$$ on these instead of Melissa and Doug's set, but now I think I'll return them and still get the M&D.
