I tried two pairs of MPOW Flame Lite headphones. I returned the first pair because the sound from the mic was raspy and would fade out every 3-4 words. This made them completely unsuitable for a phone conversation or a Zoom call, but mostly Siri understood me with a little repetition. The second couple has the same problem, although it's a little less severe. I've had good luck with previous MPOW purchases, so I'm very upset that I have to write a review about it. I have no idea if just those two pairs were defective or if the mic on them is generally bad. Otherwise the headphones are what I've come to expect from MPOW: good fit and good sound for this non-audiophile. The case/cradle appears to be working fine. I'd love it if they could connect to two audio sources at the same time like my (wired) Flames, but it doesn't look like they can. Verdict: They sound and fit well. There is actually no microphone/audio input. For a good mic I would give them 4.5 or 5 stars. If you're just looking for running headphones, these should be the ones for you. If you need it for calling or zooming, look elsewhere.
