At first, I was quite into wearing a bracelet all the time, looking at all the different signs, and tracking my exercises. A few months later, I was solely concerned about the pulse and the amount of sleep. But after a while I stopped caring about it, and now the only reason I use it is to track how long I sleep at night, that's why I bought it in the first place. The wristband provides a reasonably precise measurement of the amount of time spent sleeping, down to the minute. Because it is on a higher floor and facing the side of the building that gets the most sunlight, my room is instantly illuminated when the sun rises. If you check at the time you were asleep, you may find that you only slept for four to five hours, despite the fact that when you wake up you feel completely refreshed. In addition, if you get out of bed immediately quickly, you may find that you are drowsy as the day progresses. Because of this, the bracelet is quite helpful to me. I do my best effort to follow the scientific method of sleeping, which entails 4-5 cycles of 1.5 hours each, and the bracelet is a big assist in achieving this goal. Having said that, I do rely on my feelings.
