Yes they are comfortable, durable, economical and well built. I usually attach the saw to the horse and then attach the wood to the saw to make cutting easier. There's nothing worse than trying to cut unreliable wood. I didn't test the 1200-pound load limit, but I put about 500 pounds on them without bending my legs. In this situation, the legs are not too far apart, which is an advantage for holding more weight. Physics again. If I want to better protect the horse from falling, I just put a sack of sand, some bricks, or something heavy on a shelf between the legs. All plastic sawhorses have a tendency to fall off with a given use, so this is just another compromise between the price and convenience of plastic sawhorses.
