The perfect complement to a large pizza peel
I needed a small pizza peel to turn my pizza while baking. This is the perfect size. I have a 16" OONI oven and the 15" blade is great for getting pizza in and out of the oven, but it's too big to turn it over. It is perfect, well finished and easy to assemble.
