Review on 🚲 Kemimoto Cup Holder with Mesh Pockets and Sticky Straps: Ideal for Bike, UTVs, Wheelchair, Scooter, Walker, Rollator, and Boat Drink Holder by Joshua Pilla

Bought for my grandma; for use when going out in a wheelchair. The item in question arrived on time (although Revane incorrectly said it was "late"). Whilst the item appears to be fairly well made (by which I essentially mean appears to be very durable) it was unsuitable for our use. This is because their wheelchair has side rails that only one of the two Velcro straps can be attached to at a time. I've tried using both straps alternately, but no matter which strap (top or bottom) is used; Neither her water bottle (16 oz) nor her travel mug (10 oz) stay in place (the bottle actually tipped over completely and even fell out of its holder). In an attempt to put this item to some use, I've also tried attaching it to her walker (which my grandma uses when she's home). Not only was this redundant (since she already has a large bag attached to the front of her walker that has pockets for her bottle/mug), but also somewhat non-functional; while the holder slides further down to the bottom of the guide frame. I will also note that my grandmother found it more difficult to maneuver interior and exterior (bedroom/bathroom) doors with this item attached to the side of her walker; because the holder has caused a slight overhang. In conclusion, while I could definitely see how this product could be a worthwhile purchase for certain people in some situations; for me it wasn't. I wrote this review because I received four requests to submit one. Addendum: After this review was published, the seller (Kemimoto) contacted me and kindly offered to supply an alternative set of holders that were said to be "better suited for wheelchair users". A very thoughtful suggestion for that reason and for the seemingly sincere diligence shown by the company's support team on the matter; I'm changing my rating from two stars to three stars. When interchangeable holders are more functional; I will then change my rating to four stars.
