I wanted to love this product. I bought another similar one called Alzone and it was amazing. I had it for over a year until someone broke the handle and I couldn't just replace the mop handle so I had to buy another set of mop and bucket. It was easy to assemble, but I immediately noticed that it was cheaper and the plastic was thinner. I used it for the first time yesterday and immediately noticed that what is difficult to insert into the wringer part as the fit is gone. It took some maneuvering to just plug it into a connected device. When I tried to move the bucket, the handle immediately broke off and I had to push the bucket with my foot, leaving streaks on the floor. The mop head became threadbare and left remnants of it on the kitchen floor. But the worst part was trying to detach the mop head from the mop handle. it was extremely difficult. I couldn't use my leg and had to turn it over and try to pick it apart with my hands which was a very messy process. When I was wiping the mop the mop head was at an angle I couldn't get it straight, when I put the mop head back in the bucket I had to constantly bend down to straighten the mop head to shut it with the rotating part get stuck . I like the drain hose attachment that makes emptying the bucket easier. I'll give this bucket another chance. But if I have the same problem and the handle breaks again I will return it. I just want the whole zone to keep releasing that bucket because that's the standard I'm measuring this item by.
