Review on 🍡 Authentic Japanese Dessert Cooking Restaurant: AOOSY - A Sweet Taste of Japan by Ian Bates

This review is for the wooden spoon on the left (the longest wooden spoon). We love that this spoon's scoop was deep for soup and cereal and the handle was longer for larger hands. My husband and son (19) preferred the longer handle, as did I, and the girls preferred the shorter center handle. However, this works longer for all of us, so if I had to choose, I would go with this set. I thought a little hook behind that spoon would be handy to keep it from slipping into the bowl. However the hook is so far on the spoon that it really doesn't matter unless your bowl is the size of a mixing bowl then it will fit perfectly as you can see in the last two photos. The wooden spoon is easy to clean. Since it is a tree, we wash, dry and clean up immediately. I think they will serve you well for many years. All in all, this is a family favorite. Now we can eat cereal in silence.
