We just completed a major renovation including my laundry room. In doing so we removed the ugly sink and in its place I wanted to create a place to hang wet coats, umbrellas, wet kitchen towels etc. Snow can be quite heavy (think wet bib ski pants). I was looking for something substantial but attractive. I've looked in hardware stores but haven't found anything to my liking. Upon noticing them, I found them very attractive and functional. Having hung five of these in my laundry room/mud room and used them for several weeks I can say I am happy with the purchase. The curved hook is delicate and suits both modern and more traditional interiors. The double hook is good because it doubles the number of hooks used. They seem to be of very high quality and I love that you don't see any of the screws like I've seen on cheaper hooks. I'm glad they worked out so well as I haven't found any others remotely as attractive. As this is a place in my house that I see and use regularly, the little extra money I paid for this higher quality gear was worth the price.
