Really works as an accessory

I mounted this on my boat's windshield pillar (approx 0.75" diameter). It holds my iPhone 12 with no issues and the phone fits easily into the holder and is easy to remove. The ball joint on the holder allowed the phone to be positioned at almost any angle, tilt or even sideways which was useful when using it Navigation charts moved and not changed. Overall I'm very satisfied, it's as good as other ram mounts I own.
