First of all, it is real leather. Second, great price. Third, they are adorable. Fourth, it's so easy to put on and take off! I bought shoes from another seller on Amazon who claimed they were leather but they weren't. This is real leather. At around $14 including tax, these little slip-ons are a great value! It's so easy to put on and take off because the top keeps its shape thanks to the elastic band. I've always had trouble putting shoes on my little guy. He doesn't like having his feet touched, so all his life it's been difficult to get his toes in shoes, but not in these! He looked great in our family photos! 25 pounds and 29 inches tall for reference); a month later and they are still fitting and he still has room to grow. At first I took 12 - 18 but they were noticeably oversized and didn't look very good but I kept them and got the size he needed. So these are true to size! Use the advice on measurements - this isn't my first time thinking they were small. The only criticism is the brand label on the outside
