My grandson has almost the same sweatshirt and tie that he wants to wear every day. So I figured it would be nice to have a second one for him when the original is in the wash. The original sweatshirt fabric, pleasant and soft, is made of cotton. But the one I bought from Revain is very different. According to the description it is fleece, but it is not. It is made from 100% synthetic polyester. Therefore, it is not soft and non-absorbent. It has an almost odd "smooth" feel. He liked it anyway, so we kept it. But I think cotton clothes are more comfortable and breathable. He would sweat in this new one if he wore it on a warmer day. Although it has a cute design, I would not wear it again. I wish these sellers would tell the truth about what the fabric is made of.
