Review on PANfinder by Jeff Rubio

The ease of use, ability for quick searches with filters that are not available in other databases/tools makes it one of my favorites! It is very easy to customize reports as well as export files from within the database itself. I wish there was an option or way where you could search by date range instead of having to go through each day individually when searching multiple years worth of transactions. This would be helpful if your looking at several months' worth of activity rather than just daily transaction history. We have been able to find any missing information we need quickly without wasting time going back over old records. There's nothing really bad about this product but maybe some more options might make things easier? Maybe include additional fields like email addresses so they can easily send out reminder emails once something has been found. Our organization uses PanFinder extensively throughout our business process including credit card processing, point of sale systems (both cash register), online payment portals.
