I've had a different shirt stay belt that always felt like I'm stuck in an iron maiden with rubber tips that dug through my shirt and into my skin. As uncomfortable as it is, that one does keep my shirts in place. I was delighted then to find a belt that also works well and is more comfortable. It works well with slacks and dress shirts.
