🔋 10 Pack of Button Cell Batteries - 1.5V - AG3 - LR41 - G3-192 Review

First two I tried were dead so I'm sending the package back. The thermometer I bought for them showed a low battery straight away, as did the battery tester, although I have some doubts about testers and button batteries. So I bought elsewhere and the thermometer no longer shows a low battery. Yes, I followed the instructions on the packaging. I don't see a date on the packaging.

opened the package, installed the battery in my oral thermometer. Low battery signal received. Used a battery meter to check, got a "spare" reading. Tried 2 more with the same result. UPS loading without packaging. Come on, I'm not going out. Have you heard about social distancing? Just put in my bill. Please.

Batteries are unfortunately random goods. There is no sure way of knowing if a batch is fresh or not as there is no "Use By" date, especially when buying online. They don't know if they just left the factory a few days ago or if they've been on the shelf for months or longer. Upon arrival I immediately used the 3 batteries and luckily they worked perfectly. Buying 2 packs from a local seller is $5 and I needed 3 so the price is right for 10 packs. I actually bought a pack from my local W-Mart…
