Missing and duplicate pieces!

I was thrilled to get this puzzle but after working the border then focusing on all pieces with black to work outside in, it became obvious there were duplicate border pieces then clearly many missing pieces, and not like one or two but by the time we decided to stop we counted at least 6 missing pieces. And now looking back at the other reviews it wasn't just me as I'm so careful with opening the bag and placing the pieces down on a dedicated puzzle surface. I promptly returned and will no…

New favorite from Bgraamiens!

Of the Bgraamiens puzzles I have done, this is my new favorite.The pieces are random cut, which is my favorite type. There were definitely a few tricksters pretending to be edges. They are also 2mm thick, which is awesome! Most cardboard puzzles are 1.8mm.The outer section was pretty easy. There's a variety of pieces with chucks of color. Beautiful puzzle took 2 months to do

Very challenging but very upset that the puzzle is missing several pieces. 2 months of working on this and can't mount it like I'd planned for my daughter's birthday. Not giving it to her like this.

Pieces missing: my feedback

This puzzle was great except for there were pieces missing. Can’t have pieces missing if your gonna put the time in and cannot finish it. At the end of the day I did not get what I paid for.

Beautiful & Challenging

Upon opening, a chemical smell occurred from the puzzle pieces, but did dissipate as I sorted. Although some might feel the letter coding on the backs of the pieces a cheat, with the space constraints of living in a tiny apartment, it was really helpful to be able to sort effectively into smaller groups of pieces. Challenging and fun!

I highly recommend this puzzle. It was clearly printed, well cut, and bright. I thought the puzzle was difficult but not too hard! I especially appreciated the clear image since muddled colors stress out my astigmatism.

Beautiful square Mandela

Loved the puzzle. The colors are very easy to work with and the letters on the back were a huge help for my mom who is 92. It didn't come apart when trying to put it together like the thin ones.

Beautiful colors and unique pieces made the puzzle fun

This was a stunning puzzle to complete. The shapes made it impossible to put the wrong two pieces together. I have been recovering from an injury so my cousin and I have been putting together puzzles and we were able to do this one in 2 days. Wish it took longer. I would highly recommend this puzzle. The Quality was the same as a wooden puzzle. Enjoy!

Missing piece! best in my review

I loved putting this puzzle together until I got to the last piece, I had 2 open places to put 1 piece. The box states "If missing pieces happened, please contact us with the following email to get a new set.” I’ve emailed them twice with no reply!

Missing 14 pieces! for my opinion

Difficult enough puzzle and as extra added difficulty there are 14 pieces missing. I’ve heard about missing pieces in other reviews but always thought it was likely pieces lost by the purchaser. It’s just my husband and I, no kids, no pets - no we didn’t lose pieces.

Great puzzle but missing pieces

I loved doing this puzzle. The pieces fit easily together and the picture detail was very clear. It was for me a medium difficult puzzle to put together which is what I like. If they are too easy then I finish them too quickly and I enjoy finding puzzles that take a while to assemble without being too frustrating. I would have given it 5 stars but since it had 5 duplicate pieces and 5 missing pieces I gave it 4 stars. If I wanted to frame it I would have been disappointed. But I would recommend
