I like that everything can be done online with this program! It's extremely user friendly which makes it very efficient in its capabilities as well. The customer service has been great so far too!! There are some features missing but they're working towards adding them soon enough. This program has helped me keep all of my records in one place! I can see what each child's progress looks like at any given time with ease as well as being able to update it whenever needed or wanted without having to go back into another system.
