I ordered this item and only opened it today because I wanted to use it as a birthday present for my mother-in-law. At first I thought it was glass but when I opened it up I found it was perspex/acrylic and had a stain. I've tried wiping it down and using glass cleaner but nothing helps. very disappointed. I missed the return window by two weeks so now I'm stuck on this one and it's worn out.

I'd like five Stars given but I received an obviously returned frame.There are small scratches on the cover and a small scratch on the back.I have another shadow box which I received a week ago from the same seller and I remember how what it looked like when it arrived (so I ordered another one which impressed me so much) I'll keep it as I don't want to deal with returns but it's definitely disappointing.

I recently returned from a vacation in Aruba and purchased a denim print from a local artist. There was also some coral that I picked up on the beach and wanted to "stitch" together into a souvenir. This box was perfect for my needs. Not too deep (1 inch), with a black border and a light liner background, it made the print stand out perfectly, and there was enough room to hot glue the coral to the bottom edge. Perfect for what I need.
