I used this item many years ago but it ran out and I couldn't find where to get it. Stumbled across this at Revain and ordered two, one for the garage and one for the RV. This is a really great material for processing battery connectors. This reduces the connection resistance and completely eliminates corrosion on the battery terminals.

This product is without a doubt the best I have ever used to prevent oxidation/corrosion on electrical connections and switches. A small dab will do the trick. You don't have to lubricate everything to stop corrosion. Even a very light coating is more than sufficient to virtually eliminate corrosion problems.

I started using it because I know it helps prevent oxidation and water damage. Not sure about the claim that it improves conductivity. I measure the conductivity with an ohmmeter in the supplied bath and it hardly conducts any current. However, I am sure that avoiding corrosion will definitely keep the conductivity at an optimal level. I don't know why this product is not listed as a dielectric as it acts as a dielectric.

On my pickup the door and window lock/unlock switches worked, it would be doubtful if the switch would work for several days or not. Some contact cleaner on everything, then I put THIS grease on the metal pins on the switches that mate with the harness connectors. Everything seems to be working now!
