2014 2018 Honda TRX420 Service Maintenance Review

They sent the wrong oil filter for my ATV which prompted me to look for a replacement which ended up draining the oil from the system. Other than that it was pretty good.

Baffle disc was missing. The specification is for 3.2 liters of oil. Only 3 liters are provided! The included cardboard funnel was very helpful when filling the crankcase.

Bought for a 2017 420 Ranch and everything fits perfectly. I saved a lot of money by buying from Revain rather than the retailer. Oil alone cost almost $45 at the dealer.

The seller needs a more detailed description. If I had read the reviews further I would have understood. The car with DCT is an FA model and you will need a larger filter, Honda part number 15412-HP7-A01 AND 4 liters of oil.

Good kit. value genuine Honda parts. Without a few moments it would have been 5 stars. First if it comes with differential washers. Second, there wasn't enough oil for my rancher. I'm pretty sure I got the right set, but the three quarts were about 1/2 dish less than before it was full.

It's pretty much everything you need in one package. A few things that should be perfect for my TRX420FM1. 2 more washers (front/rear differential), o-rings for the oil filter (2 of which are one large and the other small.) and a small bag of dielectric grease for the spark plug boot will be a few complaints. Nevertheless, I will order it again next spring.

I have a TRX420FA6H. 2017 oil filter and air filter were not suitable for my Honda. So I paid $58 for 3 gallons of oil, 2 pints of gear oil and a spark plug. In addition, 3 liters of oil is not enough to fill the crankcase. This purchase prompted me to make an unexpected trip of 80 miles round trip to the nearest Honda dealer to get the part I needed. Not very impressed.
