I've read conflicting reports on whether blue light can damage eyes, but for me this blue light screen protector panel reduced the brightness and glare of the monitor and reduced the eye pain I was experiencing from my new monitor. It's also super simple to use, and in my case it fit perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I like this a lot because I didn’t want to have to stick a screen protector on my laptop. So it’s convenient that it comes off easily. PLUS the blue light blocking is great! The only issue I have with it is that I travel between home and school and have to take it with me, but it’s not easy. I liked this product since it DIDN'T attach directly to the screen. Installation was easy - I found holding on to the top "hook" portion of the filter and pulling the protective covers off didn't get any fingerprints on the filter. I also bought one for my work computer (since I couldn't directly attach a filter to that screen since I don't own the computer). It filters the narrow blue range well. does what I expected although reflections of backgroud stuff is amped up, exaggerated over the normal screen. I can see my reflection in the screen better with this cover. The anti-glare feature of this blue light blocking screen has reduced the strain I was experiencing with my eyes. My doctor suggested I buy one. I ordered this screen protector for my MacBook Pro. I accidentally ordered the wrong size but customer service sent me a new one free of charge and very speedy too! It works great and holds fast. I have 2 monitors at my desk, and I stare at them for 8-9 hours a day. I don't like to use blue light blocking glasses. I ordered 2 screens and one of them did not fit.
