I received this product and immediately liked it but after a few days one of the tools wasn't working quite right. I contacted the seller and they responding right away. They replaced the product and I was very impressed with them. Highly recommend.

Once you're able to get it going, it's great. You have to turn it carefully and hit just the right spot in order for it to work.

I really enjoy using these products but I began having problems with the smaller roller almost immediately. After just a few days, it wouldn't turn off unless I took the battery cap off. Now it won't work AND I can't get the battery out. I would really like to have the smaller appliance replaced. Thank you.

Although great for my skin, I actually bought this to use for my sinuses. I had been looking for something like this but so hard to find the shape. It is great for a cold or allergies to release pressure from your face. I love it. Item was perfectly packaged as listed. Shipping was fast. Great product.

This product is amazing! I watched sever youtubes on how to use the product. My jowls are lifting and my fine lines around my eyes are diminishing. I am enjoying using this product in my routine, however the base is faulty. The battery opening and on/off switch are the same, so it is difficult sometimes to turn the product on because it jams.

I used the roller every day and really loved the way that it felt, however after about a month and half of use one of the (plastic) balls just broke in half. I tried to glue it, but that didn't work. Unfortunately, it was too late to return it, so I had to just throw it away.

I read great reviews about this product. The. T Shape roller worked good but the flat roller refused to work. Changed the batteries and then started working for couple seconds and stopped. The battery contact must have been lose. Also if you hold T-Roller in a specific direction it works well. Should be a good product my piece came defective so returning.
