The floor screws were covered with a substance that prevented me from using them. I went to the hardware store to replace them. The delivery was also delayed several times.

liked the look of the chair but the hardware wasn't perfectly cut which made it really difficult to align the screws properly to catch the legs and to attach seat. Long screws wouldn't hurt either.

I chose this chair for my son's desk. Although it cost more than I wanted to spend, it was exactly what I wanted his room to be. Luckily it was in pristine condition and was easy to assemble. I am very satisfied and my son loves it too!

I bought this chair in gray to match my desk. I wasn't sure from the photo but the gray chair has a bit of brown as shown in the photo which makes it look very modern and trendy. (This is not a gray color like gray chalk). Very happy with purchase and price!

Mine was damaged due to a large scratch on the white plastic BUT the chair itself is surprisingly comfortable considering it's plastic. The company never responded to my problem so I took it as a starting point for bad service.

Love the look of this chair it is beautiful and looks EXACTLY like the picture. My only problem is that I've only had it 4 months and it has a dent on the bottom that's getting bigger and bigger. It's not used every day and I'm not heavy. It's just not very good quality.

This chair was so easy to assemble my 8 year old nephew could have done it himself! It's surprisingly comfortable and the perfect addition to my home office. The legs came in black, but since my color scheme is pastel pink, gray, white, and cream, I spray-painted the legs to get the look I wanted. BUY IT! You will not be disappointed.
