Ideal for handicrafts.

If you are interested in any type of handicraft, be it machine or hand, this is a must see. They are very sharp and perfect for your hand. My scissors have always taken up too much space, but these are perfect.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Some Little Things

1 of 3, Not bad

I bought these specifically to trim thread when sewing. Only 1 out of 3 pairs cuts the thread. The thread only flexes on the other two pairs, the blades don't even touch. I'll use a pair that fits my needs and try to see what other pairs can do.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Style 90

OK, but be careful.

They are great for sewing. I use them with my embroidery machine to get those little threads. ATTENTION! I didn't notice at first, but they seem to be covered in light-colored gear oil or something. yetch I didn't notice it right away. Wash off this material if you use it for sewing.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Hard to say

Extra sharp thread cutter

I received three thread cutters with separate plastic sleeves to protect my fingers. I put one in my sewing kit, one in my knitting kit and one in my machine. They are used daily and have not cut the threads, yarns or cords I have used them on. They are very sharp and easy to use. Just remember these aren't scissors, they're thread cutters, and don't try to hack at the hard plastic case with them.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Not as thick as others

Great little skins!

I received this package of three pliers, opened it, took one for myself, gave one to my daughter who makes tons of crafts, and one put away for later. My daughter is very grateful to me because the scissors are easy to hold and cut very close to what she is doing. I personally made a bracelet, and the scissors cut the thread so tight that it couldn't be seen. Amazing little tools highly recommended by both my daughter and I.

Pros
  • Size: Length about 4.1 inches, Net Weight about 0.59 ounces
Cons
  • Discontinued

Wipe off the oil

I think this will be good little scissors. They are extremely sharp. Four stars because they are oil coated so be careful before applying to fabrics. I had to scrape the oil off both sides of the scissors from top to bottom, as did the little plastic sleeve they go in. Everything was in oil. Another reason for the four stars is that they don't have a blade guard to prevent accidental cuts to yourself or anything nearby. So be careful.

Pros
  • Yarn Knife is a very useful and practical tool for various materials, fishing line, fabric, thread
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide

Good value for money

I know, I know, we're all ready "You get what you pay for!" Well it's not great, but they're not terrible. I'm pretty happy with them for the money I paid to get three. I haven't seen the same remnant that others have mentioned in their reviews. I would like to warn you that if you are picky, these snippets may not be for you. The blades don't slide very easily and feel too tight together but I only use the first pair of scissors so maybe others are better. Sorry I didn't bother trying them all

Pros
  • Sharp blades make it easier to hold plants and branches in place.
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model
