Bad tasting water: water filtration and water softener

Bad tasting water in my RV. I replaced the one I was using with the manufacturer recommended cartridge and returned to delicious water but at triple the price. learn lessons.

It's a little longer, but fits great. No black rubber needs to be removed.

Purchased to replace the WaterPur filter on a 2017 Forest River Sunseeker 2800. It's a little longer, but fits great. Unlike the original, the black rubber strip does not have to be removed. It has a built-in seal at the top and bottom, but so far we haven't had any leakage problems.
