Reviewing Change Management Process using PRIMA

I like that we can keep track of everything from Risk to Closeout. It was easy to navigate through all the different phases of the project. We were able to have multiple people involved with the change management process so everyone knew their role. Sometimes it would be difficult to find something if you weren't looking at the right screen. The biggest benefit is being able to see everything related to the change management process in one place. It is very helpful when making decisions about…
