NOT solid black, they are embroidered with FBI BOMB TECH

Looking through all the descriptions and responses on this list of items, they should be solid black. The first order was 3 solid black and all were embroidered with FBI BOMB TECH. I figured someone must have picked the wrong ones, sent them in for exchange with an explanation of the problem. Today a new package came with the same problem. This list is incorrect and misleading. ATTENTION: These are NOT plain black shirts, they are embroidered!
