Nothing will perform as well as the factory antenna, but if you want a low profile with good function, this one does the job. I noticed a slight drop in reception quality on FM, but not as bad as a few other shorter-than-stock versions that I purchased and tried.

This was so simple to install. It picks up a station better than the factory antenna. I wish they came In different colors. I was afraid it would be to tall and look funny. It is the perfect height. Would recommend!

When you are on the interstate, if it is windy or you get behind a truck, the antenna bangs loudly against your vehicle. LOUDLY! I had to pull off and remove the antenna because once it was in motion it stayed head banging against my truck.

I am seeing no difference in reception vs. the stock antenna and the lower profile makes me feel safer driving through brushy conditions or going through a car wash. Looks good to boot.

I purposely purchased this antenna vs a much nicer looking one because of the claim to have better reception. It still has pretty poor reception for the radio, and it’s not as cool looking as some others what don’t claim to be something they’re not

Just as advertised great product. so far no complaints. I haven't been through a wash yet. But I will let you know. May not match other accessories or décor.
